Best breakfast i have had in a really long time. The food was cooked beautifully and tasted so good. Quick service, accommodating to your needs, wide range of options on the menu and the service was exceptional. This will be my go to breakfast place whenever I come to Townsville.

Terrific little cafe. Menu is classic, high quality and great prices. Had a fantastic bacon and egg toastie and the coffee was really nice. Will definitely be back soon.

Passing through and stopped at this cafe. Friendly service! And perfectly cooked eggs Bennie. I would highly recommend coming to this cafe you want a beautiful feed in peace and at great prices too!

Cafe` Nova's post about their Easter menu drew me in for a revisit. Their original creation of "Hot Cross Bun n Butter Pudding" did not disappoint.!

Great find. Good portions and tasty. Good gluten free bread at no extra cost which is unheard of. Two gentlemen running the restaurant super friendly. Thanks for all the travel tips!

We accidentally discovered Cafe Nova this morning. I'm so happy we did! The food was wonderful, well priced, and very very plentiful! The three gentlemen working were all so lovely, and the coffee is strong and smooth. DO NOT pass up a slice of the caramel tart, we took it home for afternoon tea, along with a chunk of apple teacake. It's so rare to find a Cafe with proper homemade sweets (not FoodService frozen delights), and these are worth the calories. The caramel is not too sweet, and the biscuit base is amazing all on its own. We had the savoury mince, which was rich and tasty. The poached eggs on the salmon Benny were the best soft poached I've seen in Townsville, they held together and then burst spectacularly. We'll be back, and I'll be bringing mum and dad next time. It's worth calling in to check out all the vintage stuff around, including a very cool old jukebox.

Wow this place boosts charm and character you won’t find at many other cafes! Such a great cosy vibe amongst amazing history and antiques. Yummy food and friendly service it feels like grandma is giving you are warm hug while enjoying your home cooked meal. Great place to go on your own or with your friends. I definitely can’t wait to go back soon!

2 pm Thursday coffee run around the block and only this incredible Cafe Nova open for service and lovely Tanika saved us a day with carefully brewed coffee!☕️ 😍 Thank you🙏
